Kira
Kira is above all the expression, in an object of character, of an identity and a story, the story of a child of Japan in search of the right balance. Created by the Japanese architect Roman Akira Frankel, the label offers luminaries of character between design and sculpture.Roman Akira Frankel designed his first furniture during his architectural studies. The exhibition of his first lamp at the Salon International du Patrimoine Culturel in 2019 is a major turning point in his creative process.
In 2022, Roman founded Kira in Paris. The launch of his brand is marked by the release of his collection of table lamps and wall lamps. These pieces were intended to diversify the range of lighting fixtures that he felt were too creatively limited. His goal: to perpetuate the object over time and reveal the interior by offering masterpieces with a soul. Timeless and out of the trends, sober but alive, humble but striking, with a Japanese inspiration between tradition and modernity, his luminaries aim to arouse contemplation and provoke emotions.
