Lolita candle holder

Made of earthenware by ceramic artisans and hand-painted in Portugal, Lolita is a sculptural candleholder, offbeat and a bit folkloric, just like the imaginary of its creator, Laetitia Rouget. It represents a woman wearing a red vase on her head, and a nightie revealing her undergarnments. Displayed alone or with a candle, it attracts the eye with its bold shades and generous shapes.

Designers - Laetitia Rouget
Laetitia Rouget
Sassy, full of humor, love and facetiousness. Laetitia Rouget is a French designer who uses ceramics to bring her creativity closer to her family's heritage in the porcelain industry, often with a touch of playfulness. After studying at Central Saint Martins School, Laetitia Rouget began her career as a fashion designer and her work quickly evolved into the use of different media such as print, textile, paint and finally ceramic.
Laetitia Rouget works from Lisbon, in Portugal. From her studio, she handcrafts "with love and naughtiness", creations that celebrate everything from the naivety of nature to the sensuality of the human body, and are designed to trigger laughter, conversation and joy. Her tableware is whimsical, often with flippant phrases and smile-inducing inscriptions, while her clothing and textile designs have a very artistic approach, invoking free and uninhibited forms.
