How are Goodmoods Editions made?

All our editions are made in France in small quantities. Each creation is the result of a meeting and dialogue between our studio and passionate craftsmen. From the Auvergne to the Pas-de-Calais, via the Drôme and the Île-de-France, our editions are made with unique know-how. This artisanal production requires a longer creation time which is a guarantee of quality and responsibility.

Why do shipping times vary?

Shipping times vary depending on the artisan and edition of the product in question. They are detailed in the product description for each item. Our handmade editions require more time than standard industrial production. This uniqueness and new way of consuming requires a bit of patience :)

If you wish to purchase multiple items with different shipping times, your purchases will be sent separately to minimize waiting time.

What payment methods do you accept ?

You can pay by credit card directly on the website. We accept CB, Mastercard, and Visa cards and use the secure platform Stripe. For any information, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@goodmoods.com.

Is the shop secure?

The transmission of information is secure using the protocols in force on the Internet. Payment by credit card is made through the secure platform Stripe. Payment card information is not transmitted to Goodmoods.

How do I make a return ?

We hope you enjoy your new objects! However, please note that you have a period of fourteen (14) clear days after receiving your order to return your purchases to us for a refund if they are not suitable.

To do so, send a message to contact@goodmoods.com, specifying your order number, and we will send you a message outlining the return procedure. The items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by the delivery note received with your original package. Return costs are at your expense, and you are free to choose the mode of shipment. Of course, in the event of an error attributable to Goodmoods (order preparation error), we will cover the return costs of the item.

Once the return package is received, we will refund you as soon as possible. You will receive an email to let you know when the refund has been made.

We do not exchange products. For a new color, we invite you to place a new order.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order was placed within 6 hours, you can send a message to contact@goodmoods.com, specifying your order number and your identifier.

Our editions are produced in very small quantities, but some variations of pieces may be restocked. Do not hesitate to write to us at contact@goodmoods.com if you are interested in a sold-out model, and we will inform you if this version will be available for sale again.
