The products being sent directly by the craftsman or the manufacturer, orders with pieces originating from several different workshops cannot be grouped together in a single package.
Shipping costs vary depending on the desired item. The price is calculated once the product has been added to your cart and your delivery address has been entered.
When receiving items from artisans outside the European Union, customs fees and purchase taxes may be charged upon delivery.
Pieces ordered on demand and made to measure by hand, cannot be returned, except in the case of damage. For any return related to damage, you can contact GOODMOODS by email at email@example.com specifying the details of the order in order to inform the craftsman.
Certain products offered by GOODMOODS are subject to a withdrawal period of fourteen days after you receive it. The right of withdrawal is applied to products in stock at the time of your order. It is indicated on the product page when applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All items must be returned in their original packaging with label, in perfect condition and without having been used.
Craftsmen and manufacturers make every effort to ensure that the items ordered are received in the best possible conditions.
